Maple Group

Our office at Parekh Plaza is right on Vallabhai Road in Vile Parle West. It is on the 17th Cross, specifically A Block, and we are right across from Nanavati School. You can always tell when school is letting out because the whole street gets filled with noise and parents waiting around. Maple Group has been in this spot for a good while. The plaza is an older building but it has character and everyone around here knows it. We spend our days dealing with the usual property stuff that comes up in Vile Parle West. It is a busy part of the city and being on Vallabhai Road means we see a lot of the local life passing by our window. Inside, we have got the usual office chairs and a lot of folders stacked up on the side tables. It is not the most organized looking place during the middle of the week when we are juggling different tasks, but we know where everything is. People stop by to ask about apartments or just to say hello if they live nearby. We find that being near the school makes the mornings very lively with the sounds of kids and buses. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It is a practical office for a practical group of people who know this specific corner of the neighborhood very well. We usually have a bit of a lull in the afternoon before things pick up again in the evening.
