Mansi M Shah

Mansi M Shah is the name of the operation here in Mulund West. We are up on the seventh floor of the Royal Touch Yogi building, in flat number 703. It’s more of a home-office setup than a traditional shop. This means the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don’t wear suits or follow a strict corporate schedule. We start when the coffee is ready and keep going until the work is done. Being in a residential building like Royal Touch Yogi means we have to keep things professional but quiet. We don't want to bother the neighbors. Most of the work involves sitting at the computer or handling phone calls. It can get a bit lonely sometimes without a big office full of people, but we like the peace. You can see a good bit of Mulund from the window when the weather is clear. We don't have a big team or a list of fancy titles. It’s just me and occasionally someone helping out with the paperwork. We handle our own scheduling and our own mistakes. If something goes wrong, we’re the ones who fix it. It’s a very direct way of doing business. We don't have any slogans or big goals written on the walls. We just want to get through the tasks for the people we work with and keep things moving along smoothly. It's just how we operate. We've been doing this for a while now.
