In the middle of Mumbai at 11 13 9th Nagpada Lane, you will find us. We are at Jilkar Baug, Room No 2 on the ground floor on Shankar Puppala Road. Manpower Services India Pvt Ltd has been here for a while and being on the ground floor means we see everything that happens on the street. It is a small room, typical for this part of Mumbai, and it is usually packed with files and people coming in and out. The heat in Mumbai can be tough, and our office gets a bit warm, but we just keep the fans going and get on with the work. We spend our days talking to people about jobs and trying to sort out the hiring needs for different companies. It is not a glamorous job and the office is far from polished, but it is real. We deal with the local crowd mostly, people from around Nagpada who are looking for a break. Sometimes the noise from the street is so loud we have to shout over the phone, but that is just how it is here. We don't have any big corporate goals, we just want to help people get to work. It is honest, everyday stuff. We might not have the biggest office in the city, but we are right here in the thick of it, doing what we can every single day.
