Manpower Consultancy is over in Ghatkopar East. We are in the Ramabai Colony, specifically the Ghatkopar Dakshata Housing Society. It’s a busy part of Mumbai. Our office is inside the housing society, so it’s very much a local vibe. We see people from the colony and the surrounding areas all the time. Mumbai is a city where everyone is looking for a way to get ahead. We try to facilitate that by connecting people with jobs. The office is small and can get a bit cramped when too many people show up at once. We don't have a waiting room with magazines. You just stand in the hallway or sit on a plastic chair. We do a lot of legwork. It involves visiting sites and talking to managers. We don't have a fancy website with chatbots. If you want to talk to us, you just call or come by. We handle a lot of the blue-collar roles that keep the city running. It’s honest work. We spend our afternoons sorting through piles of documents. Sometimes the rains make it hard for people to reach us, but we stay open. We don't have a big corporate philosophy. We just think people need jobs and we help find them. It’s a simple process. We’ve been here in Ghatkopar for a long time and we know how things work here.
