Manish Sinha

Up here on the 9th Main in Borivali, things stay pretty lively throughout the day. This is where Manish Sinha operates from, specifically in the 7th Phase area. The building is a bit older, so you have to know which door to look for at 103 46. It is not the easiest place to find if you are not from around here. Inside, it is just a plain room with some basic furniture and a computer that is starting to get a bit slow. I spend most of my time here answering calls and keeping track of things. My brother helps out when he is not at his other job. We get a nice breeze in the evening when we open the big window. Borivali is a crowded place, but this little corner feels okay once you get inside. We don’t have any fancy carpets or expensive art on the walls. It is just a practical space for working. Sometimes the lift in the building breaks down, so we have to use the stairs, which is good exercise I guess. The local tea stall delivers to us twice a day, and that is usually the highlight of the afternoon. We just try to do our bit every day without making a big fuss about it. It’s a small operation, just a couple of us trying to make things work in this part of the city. We have some old cabinets for files that don't always close right, but they hold everything we need for our daily tasks.
