Mangesh Shetye

Mangesh Shetye is based at 11, Smita Niwas in Sudam Nagar. We are tucked away in the Kajupada area of Borivali, Mumbai. 400 066 is the pin code if you are sending something. The building is a typical Mumbai structure, a bit old but it holds up well. We are on a quiet street, which is rare for this city. Smita Niwas has been our base for a long time. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New shops opening and old ones closing down. We stayed put. Our office isn't much to talk about. It’s got some old wooden cupboards and a few desks that have seen better days. But they work fine. We don't see the point in buying new stuff just for looks. We spend most of our time dealing with the daily grind. There is always a lot to do and not enough hours. We drink a lot of tea to keep going. It’s just a small, local setup. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just try to be honest and get the work finished on time. Sometimes we fall behind, but we always catch up. It’s just the way it is when you’re a small team. People around here know us, and that’s enough. We like the local feel of Kajupada. It’s home for us now.
