Mangement Naipunyam Inc

We are based out of an apartment in Jyoti Apartments, right on JP Road in Andheri West. It’s the 7 Bungalows area, so it’s pretty lively around here. Our place is B 15. It doesn't look like a corporate office because it isn't one. It’s a flat that we’ve turned into our workspace. We do management training and consulting from here, which means we often have people coming in for sessions or just to talk about their businesses. The living room is where most of the action happens, with some whiteboards and chairs squeezed in. Because we’re on JP Road, the traffic noise is just a part of the day. You get used to the honking and the buses going by. We usually have the windows open to let some air in, though the Mumbai humidity can be a bit much. We make a lot of coffee in the small kitchen to keep everyone going during the long afternoon meetings. It’s a practical setup. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just ring the bell and come on in. It feels more like a home, which I think makes people relax a bit more when we’re working through their problems. It’s a tight space when the whole team is here, but we make it work somehow. If the lift is broken, we just walk up the stairs like everyone else in the building.
