Malcontek Systems is a small outfit located in Mulund West. Our office is Flat No A/904 on M M M Road. Being on the ninth floor gives us a decent view of the neighborhood, which is nice during the monsoon. The office is really just a standard apartment that we’ve filled with desks and computer equipment. It’s a bit tight when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We aren't a big, polished company with a bunch of fancy titles. It’s just a few of us who know a lot about systems and how to keep them running. We spend our days mostly on the phone or typing away at our keyboards. M M M Road is a busy street, so there’s always plenty of life downstairs. We know the guy who sells fruit on the corner and the tea shop owner. It feels like being part of a real community. We don't have any big marketing brochures or a sales team. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. The office is a bit messy with cables and old boxes, but we know where everything is. We don't have a corporate mission; we just want to do good work and pay the bills. It’s an honest, everyday kind of business. We’ve been here in Mulund for a long time and we like the pace of life here.
