Awas Intech

Awas Intech is located in the Nilkanth Building. We are over in Evershine Nagar in Malad West. It’s a pretty well-known spot in this part of the suburbs. The building itself is busy with all sorts of small businesses. Our space isn't huge. It’s mostly filled with desks and a few cabinets for our paperwork. We keep it functional. There’s a window that looks out onto the street, so we can see the weather changing or the crowd building up outside. It’s not a fancy glass-and-steel building. It’s a regular Malad office block. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle for tea. Most of the time, the room is quiet except for the sound of typing or someone on a call. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny lobby. We just have our workstations and our tools. People in Evershine Nagar are mostly local, so it feels like a community. Sometimes the lift in Nilkanth is slow, so we end up chatting with people from the other floors while we wait. It’s a very ordinary way to work. We don't try to be something we are not. We just come in every morning, sit at our desks, and get through the tasks. It’s a steady pace here. Nothing too loud or flashy, just a solid place to get things done.
