Our place is on the first floor of the MMC Center, right in the Malad West area. It’s located in Laldarwaja, specifically on Motisheri, not too far from Vikas Park. If you know Malad, you know it can get pretty hectic, especially during the middle of the day. Our office is a bit of a refuge from that chaos, even if it’s just a simple room with some desks and chairs. We deal with development projects, which means there are always blueprints or site plans rolled up in the corners. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with contractors and local authorities, and the phone doesn't stop ringing much. We aren't a big flashy firm with a glass building. We’re just a small team working out of this floor in the MMC Center. Sometimes the lift is slow, so we take the stairs. Most of our work is about the small details that people don't usually see, like checking permits or making sure the materials are what they’re supposed to be. It’s not glamorous, and there’s a lot of dust involved sometimes when we’re out at the sites. We just keep our heads down and get through the list of things to do. People come to us because they want someone local who actually knows the streets around here. We’ve been at this for a while, and we just keep plugging away at it. It is honest work for us.
