Maitreyee It Services Pvt Ltd is based in Mumbai, specifically at A1 in the Nirmal Co Op. Society. Working in an IT service company in a housing society gives things a bit of a different feel than being in a big commercial park. It is a bit more grounded and quiet, even though the highway is right there with all its noise and traffic. Our office is a practical space where we sit and work on various software and service projects. Mumbai is a fast city, but in Nirmal Co Op. Society, things feel a little more like a community. We do not have a polished corporate image. It is mostly just a group of people working on computers and trying to get through the daily workload. The commute is the hardest part for most of us, given how the Western Express Highway gets during peak hours. We handle IT tasks for different clients and just keep things moving along. There isn't much to say about our philosophy because we do not really have one written down. We just show up at A1 every morning and start coding or fixing whatever needs fixing. It is a regular Mumbai job in a regular Mumbai neighborhood, and we are fine with that. It works for us.
