Mahindra Consutling Ltd

Our team at Mahindra Consutling Ltd is based in Flat No 301 on Plot No 120 in Sector 21, Nerul, Navi Mumbai. Being in Navi Mumbai is quite different from being in the main city; it feels more planned and a bit more spread out. Sector 21 is mostly residential, so our office being in a flat fits right in with the surroundings. We are on the third floor, so there’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens now and then. The office is pretty simple. We have our computers, some sturdy desks, and a lot of files tucked into the corners. Nerul is a good area to work in because it's relatively calm compared to the madness of Mumbai across the creek. We have a routine here that works for us. We start early, get the tea going, and then dive into the day's consulting tasks. There isn't a lot of standing around or corporate chatter. We just focus on what's in front of us. Most of us like the fact that we aren't in a huge office tower. It feels more personal this way. When you work in a residential sector, you feel more like a part of the local community. We just keep our heads down, do the work, and try to be helpful to anyone who reaches out to us. It’s just how we operate.
