Mahavir Office Automation

Mahavir Office Automation is located in the Marine Lines area, over near Rajawadi 30 33. We deal with the machines that keep offices running, like copiers and printers. Our space is usually full of half-taken-apart machines and tools. It’s a bit of a workshop feel rather than a polished office. When a machine breaks down, people get stressed, so we spend our time trying to fix things as quickly as we can. Marine Lines is a busy part of Mumbai, and we are right in the middle of it. We get calls all day about toner or paper jams or machines that just won't turn on. Sometimes we have to go out to other offices, and other times people bring their equipment to us here. We’ve been at this Rajawadi location for a while. It’s not a large place, and sometimes the spare parts take up most of the room. We don't have a fancy reception desk. You just walk in and talk to whoever is working on a machine. We use simple tools and a lot of patience. Dealing with technology that's constantly changing is a bit of a challenge, but we’ve learned a lot over the years. We just try to be practical and solve the problems that come our way. It’s just us, some screwdrivers, and a lot of ink on our hands by the end of the day.
