Our office for Magus Consulting Pvt Ltd is over in Matunga East. We are on the ground floor of the Best Quarters. It is right opposite Napu Hall on Chandavarkar Marg. Matunga is a really nice part of the city with plenty of trees. Our workspace is in a residential area, so it stays a bit quieter than the main shopping streets. Mr. Sadanand Chaudhary’s place is the landmark we use. Being on the ground floor is great because we do not have to mess around with elevators. It stays quite cool in the mornings. We have set up our desks near the windows so we can see the people walking to the hall. Sometimes there are big events across the street and the road gets crowded with cars and people. We just stick to our daily routine through all that. The office is not huge, but it is enough for what we need to do. We have all our files in some old cabinets we’ve had for years. There is a tea stall just around the corner where we take our breaks. It has a very local feel here. Most of us live nearby or come in on the central line. We do not do any big advertising or marketing. People just know we are here in the quarters. It feels more like a home than a corporate building, which we like. The floor has those old tiles, and the paint is just okay. It is a place for work.
