Macleods Pharmaceuticals Ltd is located in the Atlanta Arcade, which is right on Marol Church Road in Andheri East. It’s a busy part of the city, and there’s always something going on outside. Being in Andheri East means we’re right in the middle of all the noise and traffic, but it’s a good spot for a pharmaceutical company to be. The building itself is pretty well-known around here. We spend our days dealing with a lot of moving parts. There’s always someone coming or going, whether it’s deliveries or staff heading out for meetings. The office is usually humming with the sound of phones ringing and people talking. It’s a big operation, but we try to keep things grounded. We don’t go in for anything too flashy. The walls are mostly covered in charts and calendars. It’s a lot of hard work keeping track of everything, especially with the size of the pharma industry. Sometimes the commute can be a real headache with the Andheri traffic, but we’ve all gotten used to it by now. We focus on the production and the distribution side of things. There’s a lot of focus on the technical details of the medicine, so we have to be careful with our records. It’s just a steady rhythm of work that doesn’t really stop. We’ve been in this location for a while, and it’s become our second home for many of us working here.
