Mach9 The Pilot Shop

We are located in the Hub Mall over in Goregaon East. If you go up to the second floor and look for shop number 26, that’s us. We’re on Bazar Gate Street. It’s a specialized shop for pilots and people who love aviation. We have all sorts of gear packed into our small space. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes because we try to stock everything from flight bags to headsets and logs. It’s not a fancy boutique; it feels more like a hobbyist’s den where we hang out. We spend a lot of time talking about planes and flight paths with anyone who walks in. Most of the staff here have some connection to flying, so we know what we’re talking about, even if we don’t always sound like professional salesmen. The mall can get busy on weekends, but during the week, it’s mostly just us and a few regulars who drop by. We’ve got shelves full of books and maps that we’re constantly rearranging to find more room. Sometimes the air conditioning in the mall acts up, but we just open the door and keep going. We aren't a big chain, just a local shop for a very specific group of people. If you’re looking for something particular for your cockpit, we probably have it buried somewhere in the back. We just enjoy being part of the aviation community here in Mumbai. It’s a fun way to spend the day.
