M V Kiran Co

Our place is located at 26 Orlem Tank Road, specifically in the New Premji Patel Chwal over in the Ballard Estate area. M V Kiran Co is a small operation, and we’ve been working out of this spot for quite some time. The chawl is a busy place, and there’s always something going on nearby. Our office isn’t much to look at, just a room where we can sit and get our tasks done. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have a fan that helps a little. We spend our time managing various bits of business and making sure everything is recorded properly. There are always boxes and files around because we don't have much storage space. It’s a tight fit, but we make it work. People from the area know us and often stop by with questions. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big lobby. Usually, you’ll find us sitting at our desks with the door open to catch a breeze. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don’t use corporate jargon or try to sound like a huge multinational company. We are just a local business trying to make a living and do a good job for the people we serve. Ballard Estate is a unique part of the city, and we’re glad to be a part of it. We just take each day as it comes and try to stay on top of the paperwork without getting behind.
