M Sunder Construction Company

M Sunder Construction Company is based out of Malad East in Mumbai. We are at 4 4 Abhinav Society, which is tucked away near Sarvodya Nagar on Datta Mandir Road. Being in the construction business in Mumbai means we are usually out on sites, but this is where we keep our main office and handle all the paperwork. The office isn't much to look at, just some desks, a lot of blueprints, and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. We have been in this spot for a long time, and the neighbors in the Abhinav Society all know us. It’s a busy area, especially with the traffic on Datta Mandir Road, but we like the energy of Malad East. Our crew is usually in and out throughout the day, so there’s always a bit of dust and muddy boots around the place. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting nearest the door. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things, but that’s how construction works. We deal with the city permits, the supplies, and the labor every single day. There’s always some problem to solve or a delay to manage, but we just take it one step at a time. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just do the building work and keep our heads down. It is hard work but we are used to it.
