M/ Soft-Link International

Our office is located at Sita Sadan in Sion West. It is an old building, number 130/5, and it has that typical Mumbai feel to it. M/ Soft-Link International has been running out of here for some time. We deal with a lot of international stuff, mostly software and links for logistics. Inside, it is just a bunch of us sitting at computers for most of the day. The street outside is usually busy with people heading towards the station. Sion is a central spot so it is easy for most of the staff to get here, though the rain sometimes makes the walk from the station a bit messy. We have a lot of cables running around the floor and the desks are covered in notebooks and mugs. It is not the kind of place you see in movies with glass walls. It is a real working office where we solve problems as they come up. We spend a lot of time talking to people in different time zones so sometimes the lights stay on late. We have a small pantry where we make tea. It is a bit noisy sometimes because of the traffic downstairs but we are used to it by now. We just do our work and try to keep the systems running smoothly for everyone who depends on us. It is a simple life here in Sion with our computers.
