M S Tanvi Developers is based right here at 1 Fulora Chs Ltd in Badlapur East. Our spot is pretty easy to find once you get near Katrap, mostly because we are sitting just opposite Surya Nagar and the Kirti Police Line. It is a busy little corner of Thane, and we have been operating out of this building for a while now. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so there is always some noise from people going about their day or kids playing nearby. We do not have a fancy setup or anything. Inside the office, it is just some desks, old files, and usually a few of us drinking tea while we look at site plans. Working in Badlapur means we deal with the local weather and the crowds at the station, but we like being here in this specific part of town. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit much, especially near the police line, but that is just how it is. We spend most of our mornings checking on things and talking to people who drop by. It is not some high-pressure corporate environment. We just focus on the building work we have in front of us. Most of the folks who live around here know where the Fulora building is, so it makes it easy for people to find us. We just keep things moving, day by day, right here in Katrap.
