We are based in Old Panvel, which is a bit of a trek from the main part of Mumbai but we like the pace here. You can find us at the Cozy No Ok CHS Ltd building, right on the third floor in room 103 10. We are quite close to the Peace Park Hotel, which is usually the best landmark to give people if they are lost. The office is right off the NH 4 highway, so it’s easy for us to get around when we need to visit sites or other offices. Our space on the third floor is pretty basic. It’s got everything we need like desks, some old filing cabinets, and a few chairs for visitors. We’ve been in Navi Mumbai for a while now and have seen the area change a lot. Panvel still has that older feel to it, especially our part of town. The building is a bit dated, but it’s sturdy and does the job. We don't spend much on marketing or making the office look like a magazine cover. It’s a working office, so it’s often a bit messy with papers and books. The staff here are all locals and we take our tea breaks pretty seriously. Usually, someone goes out to get a round of cutting chai for everyone in the afternoon. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it works for us. We just focus on our consulting tasks and try to stay out of the heavy city traffic.
