Our spot for M S Osim Mumbai is way up in I 404 of Kanti Park, located on Shimpoli Road. It’s actually part of the Bank Associate Officers flats in Borivili West. Being in a residential building means the vibe is very different from a standard office block. We see families and kids in the hallways, which keeps things feeling very grounded and normal. The fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is usually packed with people and cars. Mumbai is a city that never really stops, and Borivili is no exception. Inside the office, it’s pretty quiet though. We’ve set up our desks in a way that makes sense for us, even if it doesn’t look like a magazine photo. We don't have a corporate hierarchy here; we just all chip in and do what needs to be done. Sometimes we have to deal with the typical apartment building issues like plumbing or slow elevators, but we take it in stride. It’s a practical location for us since many of our team members live in the western suburbs anyway. We’ve been at this address for a while and have become part of the community here. There’s no need for us to act like a big, fancy corporation when we are just a local team working out of 400092.
