We operate out of the construction division over in Vikhroli West. Our office is in the Godrej Hill Side Colony, specifically in block F 4, room 37. Being right on LBS Marg means there is always a lot of noise from the road, but it makes it easy for our guys to get to different sites across Mumbai. We’ve been here for a while, and the space is pretty much filled with old project files and blueprints. It’s not a polished place. We have a few desks, some old chairs, and a map of the city pinned to the wall. Construction is a messy business, and our office kind of reflects that sometimes. We spend most of our time coordinating between the architects and the workers on the ground. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies that are stuck in traffic. Mumbai is a tough place to build in because of the space and the rain, but we just keep at it. We aren't a huge firm with a lobby or a receptionist. Usually, if you walk in, you’ll just see someone drinking tea and looking at a schedule. It’s just how we run things here. We don’t have any big corporate slogans. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure the buildings actually get finished on time. The colony itself is a bit quieter than the main road, which helps us get through the paperwork.
