Our team at M S Flat Products Equipments I Ltd works out of the Ganga Jyoti Co-op Housing Society. We’re in the C 10 unit. The society is located in Bangur Nagar, which is part of Goregaon West in Mumbai. If you know Mumbai, you know Goregaon West is a mix of everything, and Bangur Nagar has a nice feel to it. Our office is basically a converted space within the residential society, so it feels very grounded and local. We deal with equipment-related stuff, which means there’s often a lot of technical talk happening around the lunch table. It’s not a shiny corporate office with glass walls. Instead, we have solid walls, some old wooden desks, and a lot of files from over the years. We like the setup because it’s quiet enough to get work done but close enough to the main roads when we need to go out. Most of us have been together for a long time, so we work well as a group without needing a lot of instructions. We just handle the flat products and equipment business day by day. Sometimes we stay late when things get busy, but usually, we’re out the door once the work is finished. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way of running a business in Mumbai. We’ve been part of the Ganga Jyoti community for a while now and it suits us just fine.
