We are M S B Mehtalia Consultants Pvt Ltd. Our office is located at C 511, Mahavir Varsha. That’s on Plot No 6, 7, and 8 in Sector 01 of Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai. It’s a newer part of the city compared to some, but we’ve settled in nicely over the years. We do consulting work, which usually means we’re looking at technical plans or helping with project management for various construction or industrial jobs. It’s a lot of time spent in front of screens or at drafting tables. The building is a typical commercial-residential mix, which is nice because it feels a bit more like a community than just a cold office block. We started this company because we had the experience and wanted to do things on our own terms. We don't have a fancy marketing department or anyone to write glossy brochures. We just talk to people and help them solve their technical issues. Some days we are out at site visits, getting our boots dirty, and other days we are just here in Ghansoli doing calculations. It can be a bit stressful when a project hits a snag, but we just sit down and work through it. We aren't trying to be the biggest consultants in India, just a solid group that people can rely on. It’s just us, working hard and trying to stay on top of the latest industry standards. That's how we spend our days.
