Our office is in the A Wing on the 5th floor of the building right above Bharat Nursing Home. We are in Sai Baba Nagar, which is part of Shastri Nagar in Santacruz West. Being in Mumbai, it is always a bit hectic around here, but being on the 5th floor gives us a little bit of a break from the noise on the street. We do HR consulting, which basically means we spend our whole day talking to people and looking through resumes. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and making phone calls, trying to help people find where they fit best. The nursing home downstairs is a good landmark for people coming to visit us for the first time. We don't have a very large space, but it’s enough for the team to get through the daily pile of work. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we have a good rhythm going. We get a lot of people walking in looking for advice or job leads. Santacruz is a busy place to be, and there is always something happening right outside our window. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone who walks through our door. It’s not about being corporate; it’s just about doing the work we are supposed to do and helping out where we can. We usually have the fan going and some tea on the table while we work.
