M S Anil Rental Solutions

We are located right in the middle of Zaveri Bazar in Mumbai. If you have ever been to this part of the city, you know how crowded and loud it gets. M S Anil Rental Solutions operates from rooms 241 and 243. It is a tight space because real estate here is at a premium. We deal with rentals, which keeps us pretty busy because everyone in Mumbai is always looking for a place or moving something around. The building is old, like most things in this neighborhood, and the stairs can be a bit of a climb. We have been here for a while now. Anil started this because there was a clear need for someone to just handle the paperwork and the back-and-forth of renting. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Usually, it is just a few of us answering phones and checking lists. The streets outside are full of gold shops and people rushing around, so our office feels like a little bit of a hideout. We try to keep our records straight so there are no surprises for anyone. It’s honest work. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit or the rain makes things difficult, but we just keep going. People know where to find us when they need help with a rental agreement or finding a spot. It's not a fancy job, but it's what we do every day. We just drink our chai and get to work.
