M S Acme Machinery is based right here in Mumbai. We’re in Building Number 32, specifically unit 1407 on the third floor. Being in a city like Mumbai means everything is fast, but we try to keep our heads down and focus on the machines. Our office isn't one of those shiny ones you see in the movies. It’s a working space in a busy building. There’s always the sound of traffic or people moving around in the hallway. We’ve been doing this for years, and the machinery business is tough. It’s about being practical and knowing how things work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at technical drawings. It’s dusty sometimes, and the lift in the building can be slow, but we make it work. We aren't here to impress anyone with fancy talk or big presentations. We just know our equipment. Our team is small, mostly people who have been with us since the start. We drink a lot of tea and talk about how to fix things or improve the flow. Mumbai is a tough city, but it gives you a lot of opportunities if you’re willing to put in the hours. We aren't a huge corporation with layers of management and confusing rules. If you call, you’ll probably talk to the same person every time. That’s just how we like to run things. Simple, honest, and very local to our city.
