M M Developers is based on Cst Road in Kurla West, right next to the Rupa Compound. It’s a busy stretch of road and we are always right in the middle of the action. Most of our time is spent out on different sites or sitting in the office looking at plans and talking to contractors. Building things in a city like this is never easy, there are always some issues with supplies or the weather, but we just keep at it. Our office is a practical place where we keep our tools, some samples of materials, and a lot of blueprints. We don't have a fancy showroom. We prefer to be on the ground where the actual work is happening. Kurla is a crowded area, so managing logistics around here can be a real headache sometimes. We’ve got a small team and we all know our roles pretty well. We spend a lot of time on our feet, checking on the progress of various walls or roofs. It’s a lot of dust and noise, but that’s just the nature of development work. We’ve been around this part of Kurla for a while, so we know the local suppliers and the people in the neighborhood. It’s hard work, and by the end of the day, we are usually pretty tired, but there’s always something new to start on the next morning.
