At Lucent Business Solutions Pvt Ltd, we occupy both the ground floor and the first floor of our building on Shirode Road. Being located right in the Bandra Kurla Complex area means things are always moving fast around us. It’s a busy part of Bandra East, and you can definitely feel that energy coming through the doors every morning. We aren't a huge operation with hundreds of people, but we have enough space across those two floors to get our work done without bumping into each other too much. The ground floor usually handles the walk-ins and the immediate stuff, while the first floor is where we do the longer tasks that need a bit more focus. It’s mostly just us sitting at our stations, handling business requests and trying to stay on top of the schedule. We don't really bother with expensive office decor or anything like that. The chairs are comfortable enough and the tea is usually hot, which is what matters when you’re working long hours in BKC. Shirode Road can get pretty packed during the evenings, so we often end up staying a bit late just to let the traffic clear out. It’s a practical way to run things, and it works for us. We've seen a lot of businesses come and go in this area, but we’ve managed to keep our spot and keep things moving.
