Lotus Security Solutions

Lotus Security Solutions operates out of L- 362 in Dreams Mall, right on Lbs Marg in Bhandup West. It’s a bit of a maze in here if you don’t know your way around. We also have that spot over at New Sanjay Niwas on Nityanand Jali Marg. Between the mall and the second location, we’re always running back and forth across Bhandup. The mall is okay, but it gets quiet during the weekdays, which gives us time to test out the equipment. We aren't some big multinational corporation with polished floors. Our desk is usually covered in tangled cables, half-eaten lunch boxes, and various screwdrivers. Most of our day is spent helping people figure out why their security feeds aren't showing up on their phones. The weather in Mumbai doesn't help much either, especially when the rains hit Lbs Marg and everything gets damp. We’ve had to replace a lot of rusted outdoor sensors over the years. It’s a lot of climbing on old walls and trying not to slip on wet tiles. We know the local shopkeepers around Nityanand Jali Marg pretty well. If someone has a problem with their shutter lock or a camera, they just walk over and tell us. We don’t bother with fancy brochures. We just show up with our tool kits and get to it. It’s a regular local business and we’re just trying to keep things running.
