The office for Lotus India Asset Mgt Co Pvt Ltd is over in the Shive Srusthi Complex. Specifically, we are in building number 3, room 409, in Wing C. This is out in the Kalian area of the Thane district. It’s a bit of a distance if you’re coming from the center of the city, but it’s a solid place for us to be based. The complex is pretty big and has a lot of different wings, so we always tell people to look for Wing C to find us without getting lost. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding buildings in the complex. We’ve been set up here for a while and have gotten used to the daily routine of this part of Thane. It’s definitely not a flashy or polished office. It is just a regular room where we keep our stuff and get through our tasks every day. The hallways can be a little dark sometimes, but the room itself is fine for what we do. We don’t have fancy furniture or a lot of decorations. We just focus on our work. The Shive Srusthi area is usually quite lively with people coming and going at all hours. We’ve made our home in room 409 and it has served us well over the years. It is a simple, no-nonsense workspace for our small team.
