Lord'S Overseas

Lord'S Overseas is tucked away at 1/2 in the A.K. Chawl on Makwana Road, right near the Marol Naka area. Being in a chawl means we are right in the thick of a very busy and loud neighborhood. There are always people walking by and vendors calling out, which gives the place a lot of energy. Our office is a humble little space where we manage our trade and export activities. It’s not a big corporate building with security guards and glass elevators. Instead, it’s just a few rooms where we keep our files and manage all the paperwork for shipping things overseas. Makwana Road is usually jammed with vehicles, so we hear the sounds of the city all day long. We have a small group of people working here, and we all know our roles pretty well. We don't bother with fancy slogans or big corporate talk. We just try to get the shipping documents right and make sure the containers are on schedule. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans running at full speed despite the noise. We have been in this spot for a good while and have gotten used to the fast-paced life of Marol. It’s a simple way to run a business, focusing on the day-to-day tasks and taking care of the work that comes across our desks without any unnecessary drama.
