You can find us at Shop No 10 in Shanti Niketan. We are located on L M Dahisar Mohammed Ali Road, right near the City Co Operative Bank. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you’re familiar with this part of Dahisar. We’ve been doing real estate work here at Lords Estate Consultancy for a long time. The shop is small, and we have a lot of maps and property listings pinned up on the walls. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with all the papers, but we know where everything is. The road outside is always busy with traffic and people going to the bank. We spend a lot of our time out and about looking at properties, so sometimes the shop is locked for an hour or two. We just leave a note on the door. It’s a simple business. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people walking in or neighbors recommending us. We sit here, drink our tea, and talk to whoever comes through the door about what they’re looking for. It’s not a polished corporate office. It’s just a local shop where we try to help folks find a place to stay or sell their old one. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years from this little window. We just keep things practical and honest.
