Lokhandwala Construction

Lokhandwala Construction is based at B Sector S Line, Room No 9, in the Cheeta Camp area of Trombay, Mumbai 88. It is not a very big place, just a simple room where we keep our stuff and talk to people who need building work done. Cheeta Camp is a crowded spot, and it can get pretty loud outside our door most days. We have been working from this same room for a good while now. We don't have any fancy signs or a big office staff. It is just a few of us who know how to handle construction. When someone in the neighborhood needs a wall fixed or a small structure built, they usually just walk over and find us here. We don't spend money on advertising because the work usually comes from people knowing where we are. Dealing with construction in a city like Mumbai is always a bit of a challenge because there is never enough space and the materials are hard to move around. But we manage it somehow. Our days are mostly spent on-site, so the office is often just a place to sit for a bit and handle the basic paperwork. It is a bit dusty and the furniture is old, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and do the jobs as they come in. There is nothing special about how we do things, just regular work.
