Lokasha Seeds Private Limited

Our shop is T-19 in the Khinvansar area, located on Plot 21 and 22 in Aurangabad. It is a good-sized space where we keep a lot of our seed stock. Most of the local folks know where we are because we have been operating here for a good while. It is not a fancy showroom with bright lights. We just have sturdy shelves filled with bags of seeds and some basic chairs for when customers want to sit and talk for a bit. Working with seeds is all about the timing of the seasons. If we do not have the right stock when the rain starts, it causes problems for everyone. Because of that, we spend a lot of our time on the phone with our suppliers making sure things are on their way. The office part of the shop is tucked away in the back and it is usually covered in ledgers and small seed samples. We do not spend money on big ads or marketing. Most of our business comes from people who have been buying from us for years. We know many of our customers by their first names. The 431001 area is always busy with traffic and people. Sometimes we just take a break at the front door to watch the street before we get back to counting bags. We try to be straight with people about what we have.
