Being over in Navi Mumbai, specifically in Juinagar, gives our office a different feel than the main city. Lodha Group Of Companies is tucked into Anandvan Chs, at D1 01 in Sector 25. It’s more of a residential area, so it feels a bit more relaxed when you walk in. We handle a mix of different business things here because we are a group of companies. There isn't just one single thing we do all day. Some days it is more about coordination and other days it is just sorting out local logistics. The office space is comfortable enough, nothing too over the top. We have our routines, starting in the morning with the usual tasks and staying until the work is sorted. Being in a housing society means we know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers around the corner. It makes the workday feel a bit more grounded. People come and go throughout the day, and there is always something that needs fixing or an email that needs an answer. We don't really do the big corporate speeches here. We just show up, do the work that is on the desk, and go home. Navi Mumbai has its own pace, and we fit right into that. It’s just a group of us working together to keep everything running smoothly without making a big deal out of it.
