Our shop is right in the middle of everything at Indraprasth in Borivali West. Being near the station means there is always a crowd passing by, which keeps us on our toes at Live Solution Com. We’ve got shop number 28/B, and it’s a bit of a tight squeeze once you get all the computers and parts inside. It gets quite noisy with the trains and the people outside, but you get used to it after a week or two. We spend most of the day looking at screens or opening up laptops to see what’s going on inside them. It’s not a quiet office job; there’s always someone coming in with a broken screen or a slow machine that needs looking at. We keep a lot of cables and random spare parts in the drawers, though sometimes it takes a minute to find the right one. Mumbai heat can be a bit much in the afternoon, so we usually have a fan going full blast. We’re not a big corporate chain, just a local spot where you can get your tech stuff sorted without much fuss. Sometimes we stay late when a job is particularly stubborn. It’s interesting to see all the different types of people who come through the door every day. We just focus on the work right in front of us and try to get through the pile of repairs before the day ends.
