Our place is located at 5 194 Shripad in Garodia Nagar, Ghatkopar East. It’s a well-known part of Mumbai 400077, and we’ve been here for quite some time now. Lighthouse Entertainment Pvt Ltd Datamatics operates from this building, which is tucked away in a mostly residential patch. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but it’s a nice walk if the weather isn't too bad. Inside, the office is pretty basic. We have rows of desks and a lot of computers running all day long. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons because the sun hits the windows directly, so we keep the blinds down most of the time. We aren't big on decorations, so the walls are mostly bare except for a calendar or two. There’s usually someone around even late in the evening because the work just piles up sometimes. We don't have a canteen, so we all just eat at our desks or go out to the local shops nearby. It’s a very practical environment. There’s no fancy lobby or anything, just a door with our name on it. We just focus on getting through the tasks we have for the day. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic with everyone talking at once, but that’s just how it goes in a busy Mumbai office. We like being in Ghatkopar, it’s a good community and feels like home.
