Our office is located in the MIDC area of Ahmednagar, specifically at Plot No. G-17. Being in an industrial zone means it’s not the quietest place to work. You can always hear trucks moving around and the sound of work going on in the neighboring plots. Lib Technologies is a small operation that we’ve built up over time. It’s not a glamorous office with glass walls or modern art. It’s just a functional space where we handle our tech work. We have a lot of hardware and tools scattered around, which is just part of the job. Ahmednagar is a bit more laid back than the big metros, and we appreciate that. We know the people working in the nearby buildings, and we often say hello when we’re out for a break. The dust from the industrial roads can be a bit of a nuisance, but we just deal with it. We don't have any formal mission statements or big corporate goals written on the walls. We just come in every morning and tackle whatever needs doing. Most of us have a simple routine of work, tea, and more work. We don't use any slick language to describe what we do. It’s just technical work that requires a bit of patience and some clear thinking. We’re happy with how things are going and we just keep moving forward one day at a time.
