Our office is located at 4B 5 in the Pranav Housing Society, which is over in Sector 10 of Koparkairane. Being in Mumbai, and specifically Navi Mumbai, means there’s always a lot of movement around us. Working from a housing society gives the business a bit of a different feel than being in a high-rise glass building. It’s quieter, and you see neighbors going about their day while we’re busy with Leo Integrated Technologies. I’m usually there early, trying to sort out whatever tech issues have come up overnight. It’s a small team, and we don't really go for the corporate lifestyle. We wear normal clothes and eat lunch together at the desk. The space is a bit tight with all the computers and wires running everywhere, but we make it work. Koparkairane is a good area because it’s easy for everyone to get to, and Sector 10 is relatively calm. We do our work, talk to our clients on the phone, and try to keep everything running smoothly. Sometimes the elevators in the society are a bit slow, or we have to talk to the watchman about a delivery, but that’s just part of the daily routine. We’re just a group of people who know their way around technology and happened to set up shop in a residential building. It’s honest work and we like the local atmosphere.
