Our office is in the Sakivihar Complex on Sakinaka Road, Building 3, Room 101. If you know Andheri East, you know how hectic this area can be. There is always construction or traffic happening right outside our windows. The building itself is a standard commercial block with lots of different businesses. Our space is quite basic. We have rows of metal shelves for our folders and a few sturdy desks. It is a busy environment, but we like the energy of it. We have been in this spot for several years and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. We do not have a receptionist to greet people. You just walk in and someone will look up from their screen. The walls are a bit scuffed and the floor shows some wear, but it is a place where real work happens. Most of us eat lunch at our desks or go to the small canteen nearby. We do not use any fancy jargon or have long planning sessions. We just look at what needs to be finished today and we do it. It is a very practical atmosphere. Sometimes the noise from the road gets a bit loud, but we are used to it by now. We do not do much advertising. People just find the address and show up. It is a simple, honest way to spend the day and we do not ask for much more than that.
