Leapven Solutions Private Limited

Our office is in a bit of a strange spot for a tech company. Leapven Solutions Private Limited is on the 1st floor of Raghuleela Mega Mall in Kandivali West. Being in a mall means there’s always music playing in the hallways and the smell of food from the food court. We are at Unit 126. It’s a bit weird walking past shops and movie theaters just to get to work every morning, but you get used to it. The office itself is just one large room divided up with some partitions. It’s not very big, and we have stuff piled up in the corners. We don't have a lot of space for meetings, so we usually just talk around someone’s desk. The lighting is that typical mall lighting, which can be a bit much after eight hours. Kandivali West is a crowded part of Mumbai, and the mall is a central point for a lot of people. We see all kinds of shoppers while we’re heading out for tea. It’s a bit of a maze inside the mall sometimes, especially if you’re trying to find the stairs. We’ve been here for a while and the convenience of having everything nearby is great. We don't have a corporate cafeteria, but we have about fifty restaurants just a few steps away. It’s a practical place for us, even if it’s a bit unconventional for an office. We just do our work.
