Subbarao Peddi is usually around handling things. It’s a bit of a trek for some, being out in Khidkali, but it’s a decent place to get work done. We mostly deal with the same software stuff as the other branches. It’s quiet enough here to actually focus. We’ve got a small setup with the basic equipment we need. Most days it’s just the sound of keyboards and maybe a radio in the background. We don’t have a big receptionist or a sign out front. It’s just a place where we do our business. Dealing with technology means things change fast, so we spend a lot of time learning new things just to keep up. It gets busy during the middle of the week. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a project or talk to a client who’s in a different time zone. We don’t mind it much. It’s part of the job. Being near the Shill Road means we see a lot of traffic, but inside it’s just us working. We try to be practical about how we handle things. No big talk, just getting the coding and the support done. That’s pretty much how it goes here in Thane. We’ve settled into this space and it works for what we need to do.
