Leading Rating Company

We've been based at the Kingston Building in Powai for a while now. Specifically, you can find Leading Rating Company at No 505. Hiranandani Gardens is a busy area, but our office stays pretty focused on the day-to-day tasks. Most of the team here just gets on with the work at hand. Mumbai is a fast place to live, and being in the 505 spot helps us keep a steady pace. It's not a fancy setup, just some desks and people looking at numbers and reports. We aren't trying to do anything loud or flashy. It is mostly about getting the files sorted and making sure the ratings are handled. People often drop by because they know where the Kingston Building is. It's easy enough to find once you get into the Gardens. We spend a lot of time at our computers. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks, but we manage. It’s just a group of us working out of this Mumbai office. We handle the usual routine and keep things moving. There isn't much more to it than that. We are just here doing our thing day in and day out. The office isn't huge but it fits everyone. We don't really do the corporate talk thing. We just focus on what needs doing before the day ends. It’s a standard workspace in a good part of the city. Sometimes the traffic in Powai gets a bit much, but that is just part of living in Mumbai. We try to start early to beat the rush. Once everyone is in, we just settle into the usual tasks.
