Lateral Praxis

Lateral Praxis is tucked away in Ghatkopar West, inside the Vikram Apartments which is part of the New Maneklal Estate. If you’re familiar with the L.B.S. Marg area, you know how hectic the traffic can get out there on the main road. Our office is in C-103, right on the first floor. It’s nice being in an apartment-style setup because it feels more relaxed than a glass building. The 400086 pin code area is a real mix of old and new Mumbai. Some days the sounds from the street are quite loud, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and the neighbors in Vikram Apts are mostly families, so there's a quiet vibe during the work day. Finding us isn't too hard once you get off the main L.B.S. Marg and into the estate. The stairs are right there when you walk into the C wing. We don't have a big reception or anything like that. It’s just a few rooms where the work happens and we keep our files. Sometimes the rains make the estate a bit messy, but that’s just life in Mumbai. We usually just have our lunch at the desks or walk out to one of the small stalls nearby. It’s a practical location for us since it’s central. Nothing too special to look at, just where we work every day and try to get things done without too much fuss.
