Out here in Nimgaon Tembhi, things are a bit different than the big city offices people usually talk about. We are based right at House Number 143, working with Shantaram Kundlik Modad. Being in Sangamner gives us a different pace of life. We are Landtechno Informatics and we focus on getting the informatics work done without much fuss. The address is simple and so is the way we run things. You won't find any receptionists in suits here. Most days involve sitting down and going through data or technical tasks in a setting that feels more like a home than a sterile office. It is 422605, a quiet area where everyone knows their neighbors. We started this because we wanted to do this kind of work in our own town. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow or the power flickers, but we manage just fine. It’s a local operation through and through. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy documents for us. We just do the work that comes our way and keep the records straight. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. Living and working in Sangamner means we don't have to deal with the Mumbai traffic, which is a big plus for us. We just stay focused on the tasks at hand and try to be as helpful as we can to the people we work with.
