Lambodar Innovation Llp is based at C 211, Panchsheel III, inside the Raheja Township at Plot No 18. We are right behind the HDFC Bank in Malad East. It’s a decent spot because the township is a bit quieter than the main roads of Malad. Our office isn't very big. It's just a room where we have our computers and some space to think. We are a small team and we don't really do the whole corporate office thing. It feels more like a place where friends come to work on projects together. We don't have any fancy posters or mission statements on the walls. Mostly, there are just papers and diagrams scattered around. We focus on coming up with new ideas and making them work. Sometimes we spend hours just talking about a single design. It's not always fast-paced, but we keep moving. Being behind the bank makes it easy to give people directions. We usually just tell them to look for the HDFC and they find us easily enough. We don't have a dress code and we don't have long meetings that go nowhere. We just get to work and try to build things that are useful. It’s a simple way to run things, and it suits us perfectly. We like being part of this little community in Malad East and doing our own thing in our own time.
