Lalan Enterprises

We've been here at Lalan Enterprises for quite some time now, right in the heart of Dadar East. Our office is up on the 3rd floor of the Ahmed Sailor Building, which is tucked just behind the Hindmata Cinema. If you know the 80 Feet Road area, you probably know where we are. It’s a busy spot with lots of traffic and people moving about all day. We mostly handle things from this small space, and it gets a bit crowded with all the paperwork and files piling up on the desks. It isn't a fancy corporate office with glass walls, just a regular place where we get our work done. Most days, we’re just busy answering calls or dealing with whatever comes through the door. The building itself is old, but it has character. Being near Hindmata means there's always something happening outside. We started out small and stayed here because it’s a central location for everyone. People find it easy to drop by because of the landmarks. We don’t really do much advertising or anything like that. Word of mouth usually brings people to our door. It’s just how we’ve always operated. We keep things straightforward here. There’s no big team or anything, just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, but we’re used to it. That's just part of being in an older part of Mumbai. We focus on what needs doing and try to stay organized as much as we can in this busy neighborhood.
