We are based in Shop No 37 at Parel, right on Dr B A Road. If you go to the Jam Building No 3, you’ll find us on the 2nd floor in the Lal Baug area. This is a very busy part of Mumbai, and there is a lot of energy in the streets down below. Lakshya Infotech is a small setup where we focus on tech support and computer-related work. The office is usually filled with the hum of cooling fans and the sound of keyboards. It’s not a fancy place, just a practical workshop where we try to fix whatever comes through the door. Being on the second floor helps us stay a little bit away from the direct noise of the main road, though you can still hear the buses and horns. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of salespeople. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them about our shop. We spend our days troubleshooting software or looking at hardware issues that people bring to us. It’s a lot of detail-oriented work, and sometimes it can be frustrating when a problem is hard to find, but we stick with it until it is sorted. We like being in Lal Baug because it feels like a real community where people actually talk to each other. It’s just us, some tools, and a lot of computers to deal with.
